• Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UTC+1) will begin processing on the same business day.
• Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time we:

• Verify your order details
• Prepare and package your items
• Transfer the shipment to the delivery carrier

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on the destination.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Customers usually receive their orders within 7–15 business days after payment confirmation.


4. Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking

To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with trusted logistics providers such as La Poste (Colissimo).
