ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The item must be in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
